First Year in the BIG 12 Womens Basketball

I don't know if anyone on this site even cares about UA Women's Basketball, but today we just lost our one and only BIG 12 Postseason conference game to Colorado. A former PAC 12 conference opponent. I wanted to start a thread and ask people's perspective of the BIG 12 in terms of Women's Basketball and how they feel it compares to the PAC 12. I am also curious what people think of how the Women's BB program is doing and the job HC Barnes has done as she completes her 10th year as the HC of this program.
