Arizona cornerback recruit Lorenzo Burns visited Tucson back in December and came away impressed with his visit and started the process of thinking about his decision. Now that the dead period is over the Temecula (Calif.) Linfield Christian standout took a trip to Colorado over the weekend and he has one more before he makes a decision. At this point he is down to the three options that have stood out most the entire time with Arizona, Colorado and Cal being the final three.
At this point it would be a surprise if it ends up being any other school when he makes his choice, but Cal will have its chance to blow him away next week.
“As far as Arizona goes, I like the way they work. I like how their coaching staff is one unit," Burns told BuffStampede.com. "They are all tight. You can talk to each coach and they'll tell you the same thing about each other coach on the staff. Also, the players at Arizona really treat each other like a family.”
Rich Rodriguez will go in-home with Burns later this week and Arizona is still the team to beat in his recruitment.
Here is an update on the three-star cornerback prospect.
