Not really, but fictionally. Trusted bracketologist Warren Nolan is running through the various conference tournaments and using his computers to predict how the games would have gone had they been played this weekend.
As I said was going to happen on Twitter, Nolan has predicted a four-wins-in-four-days run for Arizona ending with the Wildcats being crowned the Pac-12 Tournament champs after beating Arizona State 77-76 in the championship game. He had UA beating USC 72-65 in the quarterfinal round before taking down Oregon 72-71 (because of course it was a one-point game) in the semifinals.
I don't think this is far off base from what could have happened this weekend in Las Vegas. Arizona was due for a win over Oregon and the rest of the matchups were certainly realistic. Fun to think about in this time without sports.
