Thursday is Pac-12 Conference media day up in San Francisco and even though there has been plenty of buzz about Cal going into the season it is Arizona picked to finish atop the conference once again in the media poll that was released this morning. It is the fourth time in a row Sean Miller's Wildcats have been named the preseason favorite to win the conference.

Arizona edged out Cal by receiving 18 of the 36 first-place votes in the poll to finish with 406 points overall in the poll. The Bears, who boast a very good freshman class, check in at No. 2 with 378 votes overall to go with nine first-place votes.

Behind those two top programs is another you would expect to be near the top Utah. The Utes earned 360 votes in the media poll to go with seven first-place votes.
