Arizona is going to the close the 2016 recruiting cycle with a pretty good visitor group next week and one name you can keep on the list is JUCO cornerback Mike Daniels. There was plenty of buzz about him committing to West Virginia this weekend on his official trip there, but it did not happen and Arizona will get the last crack at the Florida native playing in New York. He told me a couple weeks ago that he wants to get out of the cold if he can and Arizona is an option that very much intrigues him.
He will decide next Sunday when his visit to Arizona is over.
“I want to take this last visit and I’ll be squared after that. I can’t make my decision yet because I still have one visit left and what if I go ahead and commit and end up lining Arizona better? I want to wait it out and see what they have to offer me,” he said. “I wasn’t going to take it but I had a talk with my parents and they told me that you never know what can happen.”
Here is an update on him from the West Virginia site.
