So I've been reading about cases of fans getting turned away from this past weeks game for thier stadium seats supposedly not meeting the size requirements, yet the personnel turning them away weren't even measuring with an actual measuring device but instead their arm. And some of these people specifically measured their seats themselves to ensure they were within compliance.
This just does not help athletics cause and especially football's cause when we're already fighting an uphill battle to get behinds in seats and they are trying to do all this advertising and these different theme nights and all of that. Then you have this stuff happen which just gives fans even more excuses to stay away and watch from the convenience of home. Wondering if anyone here experienced this by chance or know of someone who did? I personally hope someone, somehow makes Heeke aware of this; and some discussions behind closed doors need to happen with all these personnel to get everyone on the same page.
