Cal has fired Sonny Dykes at Cal and while that will bring its own coaching search it could end up being beneficial from a recruiting perspective for Arizona. The big one of course is Biaggio Ali-Walsh who is a perfect fit for the Wildcats' offense and was really giving UA a hard look before making his decision.
If Arizona can't pull O'Maury Samuels away from Michigan I imagine it won't take long to get on the phone with Ali-Walsh. Heck it might even happen any way since Arizona still needs another versatile playmaker who can play running back or the slot too.
Another one I'd watch is athlete recruit and high three-star Michael Onyemaobi from Temecula, California. The two-way standout has already been talking about trying to get Arizona's staff to let him take an official visit and he could now fully be in play. He plays both ways, but I like his skill set as a cornerback. UA could honestly fit him in in a bunch of different ways though.
Those are the two names I'd keep a close watch on over these next few weeks now that Dykes is out.
