The new Rivals150 rankings are out and DeAndre Ayton is no longer the top prospect in the 2017 class. That distinction now belongs to future Washington Husky Michael Porter Jr. There was a time before when Ayton lost his spot and it motivated him to get back to No. 1, so we'll see if this motivates him again. It is not a question of talent, but there have certainly been stretches of his career where Ayton just isn't as engaged as you'd like him to be.

In those times he gets away from what he does well. That whole mentality is something he is aware of and that is partly a reason why he chose Sean Miller and Arizona. He needs a coach who is going to bring that out of him consistently.

As far as the rest of the class goes there wasn't much movement outside of a couples spots up or down for the rest of the group. Brandon Randolph checks in at No. 53 while Ira Lee is just a few spots behind him at 59. Alex Barcello dropped a couple spots this time around to No. 105.

The five-star targets Arizona is still in the mix with all remained five-star recruits this time around. Trevon Duval still sits at No. 3 overall while Brandon McCoy dropped a bit to No. 15. However, Brian "Tugs" Bowen moved up a couple spots and into the top 20 at No. 19.
