Arizona's newest offer went out to a defensive end I watched over the weekend with Rivals250 prospect Stephon Wright adding the Wildcats to his list. The 6-foot-4 prospect has nearly 20 offers at this stage with nine of the Pac-12 programs offering him at this stage including USC, Washington, Utah and Arizona State. He also has offers from Illinois, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas A&M in addition to others as far as programs outside the conference go.
USC, Nebraska and Washington are schools that are in a good position right now, but Arizona should at least get an opportunity to get itself in the mix. He will be coming out with a top 10 list in the next couple weeks and UA should have a good chance to be on that list.
He will make his way through the process in a deliberate manner so don't expect a decision just yet, but he should have a good idea of where he's going to college by the time his senior year at Los Angeles-Cathedral begins.
“Hopefully before the season," Wright told TrojanSports.com. over the weekend at the Rivals 3-Stripe Camp. "I don’t know when but before the season starts.”
You can watch Wright (No. 257) in action from last weekend's camp in the video below.
