Arizona offered Utah commit and three-star prospect Kahi Neves today. The 6-foot-3 recruit is rated as the fourth-best prospect in the state, and he committed to the Utes back in October. Like so many of Arizona's other recent offers, Neves could play on either side of the ball as a quarterback or linebacker. He plays his high school ball at Brighton in Salt Lake City.
