Josh Allen will announce his decision prior to Signing Day as he will make his decision public tomorrow afternoon (4 p.m. in California/5 p.m. in Tucson). Considering he has no real other options at this point it would be surprising if it's not Arizona. He has only visited Tucson and the Wildcats have by far been the biggest player for him.
