Three-star safety Rhedi Short from Los Angeles-Cathedral is planning to announce his commitment within the next couple hours. At this point all the buzz is around Arizona heading into his decision. The Wildcats have built a nice relationship with him and if you remember he did decided to open things up from his UCLA commitment just hours after visiting Arizona for a second time earlier in the year.
