Matt, can you detail how the nuts and bolts of Arizona’s recruiting machine works.
Can you outline the layers CJF has put in that are new to the recruiting effort? Seems we have lots of new positions that primarily are for identifying prospects?
Then once they are identified I assume the coaches sign off on them and another department steps in to start the mailing campaign and then the coaches step in with calls and relationship type communication.
It just seems that recruiting has changed from coaches just working their pipeline to being a big macro machine.
From all appearances it seems we were way behind other schools in adopting this type of model, or is that incorrect?
