Arizona freshman Rawle Alkins has announced his plans to return to Tucson for another season. It is certainly the best case scenario for the Wildcats and as Eric Bossi mentioned the other day is where things were headed. This now takes Arizona out of the picture for Cam Johnson and Brian Bowen barring a big surprise. Alkins not being on the roster was a big part of those decisions.
