O/U 7.5 wins in 2016?

Bovada has put out its preseason over/under for total wins this season and it has Arizona set at 7.5 for the year. That is taking into account the postseason as well. Is that accurate? What do you guys think?

Washington (10), USC (9.5), UCLA (9), Oregon (8.5), and Stanford (8) are the teams with more projected wins than Arizona.
