Arizona made a number of offers to start the week yesterday and today it continued with a couple more new offers Tuesday morning as the program again targets some of the top prospects in the country for 2019.

The latest we'll start with is the linebacker prospect from Northern California with Menlo-Atherton's standout four-star Rivals250 prospect adding the Wildcats to his growing list.

Heimuli has a number of strong offers already with LSU, Oregon, TCU, USC and Washington being some of the schools on his list. He has over a dozen offers now and now that UA has offered that makes nine of the schools in the Pac-12 have now offered him a chance to play with their program.

The 6-foot-2 inside linebacker made his move up the rankings in the latest update last week moving from being unranked up to his current spot at No. 133. A good showing over the spring and summer in into his senior year could bring another bump if he continues to improve.

“Heimuli is a physical, aggressive linebacker who loves to knock the wind out of people," Rivals.com national analyst Adam Gorney recently wrote of the four-star linebacker. "That’s what he does time and time again. He’s also an excellent blitzer who is very tough to block because of his speed and willingness to put his body on the line. The four-star has the ability to be elite in this class."

Washington is a great position with Heimuli, but there is still a long way to go in his recruitment. Heimuli had 93 tackles and 18 tackles for loss plus six sacks in his junior season.

Texas running backs will continue to be a focus for the coaching staff and the Wildcats went back to the state the coaching staff has plenty of ties to Tuesday to make an offer to the Flower Mound-Marcus standout back. The three-star recruit has some solid offers from different parts of the country but nobody from the Pac-12 has decided to offer him other than the Wildcats now.

Baylor, Houston, Illinois, Ole Miss, Missouri and Texas Tech are a few of his other offers at this stage in the process.

Dinka is an explosive back who does a good job of catching passes out of the backfield as well. The Wildcats are really looking to build up the running back position again under the new staff and it will continue to be a focus for the staff in the 2019 class.
