Newest Arizona commit Kahi Neves is one of the quietest recruits in the West region but I caught up with a source at Provo (Utah) Timpview who tells me he saw his flip from the Utes coming for a while.
Neves, according to the source, is not LDS and "that might have been a big thing, too, wanting to get out of Utah." The Utes also strung him along about playing QB even though he didn't quite believe them.
