Arizona's first injury report is out and two usual starters and two reserves made the list. It is short this week but it packs a punch. Arizona goes into the season without any nagging injuries so there were now probable, questionable or doubtful players on the first injury report, but there are four players out for the game Saturday and one will miss the season.
We'll start there as backup left tackle Bryson Cain is officially out for the season with an ankle injury. We have talked about how much Arizona can't afford to get rotation players hurt along the offensive line and Cain was going to be in the rotation this season. Josh McCauley is getting his spot and that means Arizona is already dipping into some territory it doesn't want to be in.
In addition to Cain, three others will be out for Saturday's game. Starting defensive back Isaiah Hayes is out with a shoulder injury while DeAndre' Miller is out with that foot injury that he is recovering from. Jamie Nunley will miss the game with a back injury that has moved Bryce Wolma up to the No. 2 tight end spot.
