🏀 1st half

15:58 – Arizona gets a bucket from Dalen Terry as he cleans up a miss plus a free throw from Jordan Brown, but outside of that UA has struggled from the field with just one make so far; Oscar da Silva has a big dunk on Terry in the opening minutes but the Cardinal have struggled a bit to get anything going as well.
SCORE UPDATE: Stanford - 6 Arizona - 3
11:20 – The Wildcats are struggling to get anything going offensively, but Jemarl Baker Jr. is able to hit a 3-pointer to keep UA in the mix though Stanford has mostly dominated this game with the Cardinal bigs playing well so far
SCORE UPDATE: Stanford - 15 Arizona - 10
7:58 – Arizona has continued to struggle to get any offense going as Stanford is making them work for shots plus UA has simply been off missing some shots near the rim; Meanwhile, da Silva continues to have an impressive game for the Cardinal
SCORE UPDATE: Stanford - 18 Arizona - 12

3:54 – The Wildcats have been able to chip away and created some stops to pull within one point thanks to a layup from Terrell Brown Jr. and free throw from James Akinkjo; Stanford has gone a bit cold over the last few minutes allowing the Wildcats to stay in the game
SCORE UPDATE: Stanford - 22 Arizona - 21
0:00 – The Cardinal is able to go on a run to end the half as Arizona went without a made basket for nearly the final five minutes as the Stanford defense made things difficult on the Wildcats late in the first
HALFTIME SCORE: Stanford - 30 Arizona - 23

🏀 2nd half

15:11 – Arizona continues to hang around after Miller calls an early timeout in the second half; the Wildcats have picked it up a bit on offense but Stanford continues to be aggressive and hold a lead at the first media timeout
SCORE UPDATE: Stanford - 39 Arizona - 35
11:49 – Both teams continue to battle this one out as the Wildcats find some balance on offense over the last stretch; the issue is that Stanford continues to have an answer for every would-be run keeping the Wildcats from taking a lead
SCORE UPDATE: Stanford - 49 Arizona - 44
7:59 – Bryce Wills did a lot of damage last season in the one meeting with Arizona and he's been a key for Stanford tonight on both ends and he continues to help keep the Cardinal out in front; Baker has been helping to keep the Wildcats close and he now has 17 points but UA continues to struggle to get over the hump and take a lead
SCORE UPDATE: Stanford - 59 Arizona - 53
3:58 – Ira Lee is playing the X-factor role late in the game as he has a couple steals and a couple buckets that have helped to keep the Wildcats close and now are in within one possession of the Cardinal; Baker and Bennedict Mathurin both hits 3-pointers and UA is still fighting in this one
SCORE UPDATE: Stanford - 68 Arizona - 66
0:00 – Baker keeping Arizona within striking distance as he hits a couple more 3-pointers and had 29 points; the Wildcats get called for another offensive foul as James Akinjo makes a move toward the basket and that should do it as the chance for a last-second victory comes up short for UA and the 20-game winning streak over the Cardinal comes to an end after a couple more free throws from Stanford
FINAL: Stanford - 78 Arizona - 75
