Arizona's practice is still going on right now but the open portion is now over. It was interesting to see how things played out today after all the injuries Saturday.

Here are some quick notes from the open portion and I'll add any other notable thoughts after practice is over.

* It was Tre Tyler at middle linebacker again today. He wasn't limited after that sprained ankle that took him out for a time Saturday. Derrick Turituri is nursing an injury right now so he wasn't able to be as active. RJ Morgan and Jake Matthews (who was a full go) were the other two at linebacker in the open portion.

Sir Thomas Jackson was Tyler's backup at middle linebacker. Antonio Smothers continues to work at outside backer.

* After a solid game Saturday, Cam Denson was back with the first unit at cornerback opposite DaVonte' Neal. It was Sammy Morrison and Jarvis McCall as the second unit corners.

* Jerrard Randall was getting most of his work at quarterback during the open portion but he was also working a little at running back and had some reps at receiver as well in the first 20 minutes. Arizona wants to get him on the field more moving forward and that is one way to do it.

* Luca Bruno is a little banged up right now so Jeff Worthy was running mate with the first unit at tackle with Sani Fuimaono and Reggie Gilbert.

* Orlando Bradford was getting some work with the second unit today during the open portion as well as Arizona looks to get his role increased as well.
