Arizona has now lost a commitment in the 2024 class with three-star linebacker Luke Ferrelli flipping to Stanford today after tweeting about a new Stanford offer on Monday.
Once Ferrelli committed to Arizona, other teams took noticed and Stanford, along with Texas A&M started making a stronger push for the talented linebacker.
Before the Arizona commitment, Ferrelli's offers weren't Power 5 with Air Force, Army and Columbia among other teams interested in him.
Arizona was at No. 33 in the Rivals' team recruiting, but after losing out on Ferelli, the Wildcats have dropped three spots to No. 36. Meanwhile, Stanford now sits at No. 7 nationally with 26 commitments.
