Arizona is starting to feel a little more confident right now in Florida with Jamari Williams' recent commitment and some traction there. So much so that it decided to offer a couple of his junior teammates Saturday in the hopes of getting the UA offensive line pledge to influence some of his buddies to eventually join him across the country.
Mincey has not been heavily recruited just yet, so he's someone the staff is making a move on early. He fits what the staff is looking for right now in that he is big and has some decent athleticism considering he's played tight end as well. He obviously plays alongside Williams and that is another connection the staff can point to in the recruiting process.
Davis has already been noticed by Power Five programs with offers from Boston College and Pittsburgh. The three-star running back is another member of the squad over at Cardinal Gibbons and he was also offered today as the UA staff was able to make its way around the country checking in on prospects in the current and upcoming classes.
