Keeping Brennan is shortsighted. Raising $10 million now to replace him is far better than letting the program suffer through a slow burn over the next three years. The cost of keeping him and enduring underperformance is far greater than the immediate investment, especially when factoring in the time value of money. Ripping the band-aid off now will position us to avoid long-term losses that will exceed the short-term expense. Hope the admin reads this board!
