Curious what everyone else thinks. During the broadcast Sat., night, the broadcasters, Timmy B and Spencer Tillmon, commented on the lack of a WR on Arizona's team that was playing that could stretch the field. I always thought Shun and probably Denson could do that for us, but apparently no one was doing that on Saturday. I checked with someone who was there live and he had a different theory, which brought me back so many years ago to my own senior season in high school when we were just having fun on the way to a 1-8-1 record. He said he thought we don't look fast these days because no one is really busting their butts among our WR corps. He said as he has watched, since the USC game, it seems obvious that the season appears to be lost and they are just running out the string rather than executing crisp routes. I think if true, that is a sad commentary. I would think Cam would be busting azz trying to seize the day and opportunity; same with Tony Ellison if he even plays anymore.
