It was a busy travel day Sunday for a lot of the guys who visited Arizona on Saturday and there were some delays in getting home for some of them so a lot of conversations were through text, but I was able to get in touch with Evan Weaver tonight for a more lengthy interview and he certainly enjoyed his visit.
Along with all the usual things you hear after a visit one thing that stuck out to me is that Weaver said he liked the size of Arizona's campus. He doesn't want to go to a school that is too big and he said he liked the feel on Arizona's campus and vibe he got there.
In addition to that he said his main question for Arizona's staff was about redshirting and he said he felt he got an honest answer from Rich Rodriguez and Bill Kirelawich in that they told him he will have every chance to play right away but nothing will be guaranteed. He liked hearing that and he said Arizona definitely helped itself with the visit.
