Mostly posted this do we can catch up. Generally we don’t see announcements overshadow the basketball team but today was epic.
Maybe Matt can fill us in on his thought on why they did it today vs wait a day? Probably fan base decision as everyone is seething from getting drilled.
We looked like a team who played its fourth and last game in 7 or 8 days. Missed a bunch of bunnies and didn’t make a three pointer.
Mathurin looked really good and Baker seems to be emerging as a scorer/shooter.
Our bigs really looked average and they need to have a higher ceiling
Our bigs did pound UTEP on the boards which in an off night if you get that kind of dominance you usually win
