Arizona is underway in Tempe with its first practice at the Arizona Cardinals' training facility. I'll have some notes later but the energy was good for the 'Cats but you can tell they have some heavy hearts. Rich Rodriguez is trying to make things as normal as possible and so too are the Cardinals.
