Arizona continues to add pieces to its recruiting office. Today, the program made official the hiring of Cameron Lemons as UA's new coordinator of recruiting strategy. It is another investment on the recruiting side for Jedd Fisch, who has seen the value of what an expanded recruiting office means for the team. Lemons is another connection to a national championship team as he was previously an assistant recruiting coordinator at Georgia previously. This is a new position for the staff and not a replacement for someone else, so Fisch is continuing to strengthen the recruiting wing of the program with this move. There has been a lot of investment for the recruiting office since Fisch has arrived.
A lot of his ideas come from what he has seen at the NFL level, and he certainly understands the importance of having a large recruiting staff. This is another savvy move for Fisch.
