This is going to be Arizona's best recruiting class. Obviously coming off the season Arizona had you would expect things to pick up in the 2016 recruiting cycle, and as has been mentioned by myself and Rich Rodriguez the 'Cats expect to see the rewards from that season in the new cycle. However, there has been much more traction with higher-rated recruits in the class early and it is interest that isn't just mild.
I'll have more in the War Room a little later, but my prediction is that by Signing Day next year you will be seeing the best class the current staff has put together at UA. There are just too many guys very interested in the 'Cats early and it's a different feel than what I have sensed in other years.
We'll see if I end up being wrong, but that's the feeling I'm getting right now. I still expect UA to find guys that fit its scheme that might not be as heavily recruited, but I do believe it will snag some more of those higher-rated guys than it has previously.
