The latest on Rawle is that he is going to sign his NLI this weekend. It was supposed to have been in Wednesday too, so nothing is final until the Wildcats have it in their hands, but for now that's the plan. Remember that he is in North Carolina and his mom is still back in New York. Sounds like there were some logistical things that needed to be worked out. Even though he is over 18 his mom still has to sign. Anyone under 21 still has to have parent consent for the NLI to be official.
