Arizona went back to work and Rich Rodriguez wasn't definitely in a different mood again today than he was last week. Here are some quick notes after today's post-practice media session.

* Rodriguez isn't going to say anything about injuries this week but I do know that Nick Wilson was in full pads and practiced today. So that is a positive on that front. No other word on the other injured guys as of now.

* To help with the depth issues at running back the staff moved Samajie Grant over to running back today to go with the others there. Tyrell Johnson said he's still working there too.

* Rodriguez said he sees a lot of similarities between Washington and UCLA defensively. The difference he notices is that the Bruins are faster on the edge he said.

* Arizona continues to roll with Brandon Dawkins at the quarterback spot and things are moving along. The staff's main concern with him right now is giving him too much new to work with. Arizona WANTS to expand the playbook but it is a bit concerned about putting too much on his plate right now.

* Rodriguez said he hasn't given thought to changing how the program approaches the offseason with all the injuries the last two years. He said it if it was more widespread it would concern him but he has confidence on the strength staff and what they do to preserve health.

Note: Apologize for the crackle in the audio on the video (audio mishap) but it's not your phone or computer haha.
