Arizona was back at it with a full practice today. It went longer than Monday's and was in full pads. Here are some quick notes.
* Scooby Wright was in full pads today and practiced without limitations. Nick Wilson is limited and unless he makes some real progress Arizona is likely not going to push it but we will see. Freddie Tagaloa is still injured and there are a number of others as well. Anu Solomon was in full pads but all three quarterbacks remain in red "no contact" jerseys. Normal it is just two.
* A note for the spring, Arizona will have spring ball start a month early next year with it beginning in February instead of March. The spring game will be on March 4. Rodriguez said it doesn't have anything to do with how the season went and that this has been planned.
* In addition to starting early I asked Rodriguez about the importance of early enrollees again this year and he said there is about "10-11" expected at the midway point and it will be mostly a combination of high school and greyshirting players.
* Arizona will have Thursday off from practice and the staff will use that day to get in some final recruiting before this weekend's visitors come in.
* While Scooby Wright did not want to talk about the NFL on Monday his teammate Cayleb Jones said he has filed the paperwork with the NFL Draft Advisory Board to see where he could possibly land in the draft. After he gets that report back and has a chance to talk with his family after the season he will make a decision.
