Five-star forward Billy Preston named a top four tonight and it includes Arizona, Maryland, Kansas and USC. The big-time SoCal native will have some academic issues that will have to be ironed out and that might keep him out of college ball altogether but that is where things stand for now. It very well could come down to Arizona (his connection with Stanley Johnson) and USC (his connection with the staff) in the end.
