I am in California and will be attending Pac-12 Media Day today. Arizona's time to speak with the media isn't until 3 p.m. in the afternoon as the Wildcats are set to be the second to last team to meet with the media on the day. Head coach Jedd Fisch will be joined by linebacker Anthony Pandy and receiver Stanley Berryhill at the event. The preseason media poll and all-conference teams have already been released this morning with Arizona seeing expected results.

The Wildcats have been picked to finish last in the Pac-12 after receiving the fewest points (41) in the league. USC has been picked to finish first in the South Division, while predicted North Division winner Oregon was also selected to win the conference. Washington State (65 points) was the next closest team to the Wildcats in the voting after being selected to finish last in the North Division.

Arizona was nearly shut out of the preseason Pac-12 All-Conference selections as senior kicker Lucas Havrisik was the only member of the Wildcats to be selected by the media as part of the group. The California native was picked as a member of the Second Team coming off an impressive year with the Wildcats in 2020. UA had no members of its team selected as honorable mentions. The team's one all-conference selection is the fewest among teams in the Pac-12.
