Oakland, California-based cornerback Edward Woods is someone I brought up over the summer as a player you should remember to keep an eye on as the process played out. Things got a little quiet with him but today he released his top seven and Arizona was one of the schools to make the list. His offer list won't blow too many people away, but he has received plenty of interest from some top-tier programs that could offer before all is said and done. Right now Arizona is joined by Arizona State, Washington State, Hawaii, Colorado State, San Diego State and Fresno State on his new list. He's a solid option for the Wildcats in this class and while he isn't a "big" name he's someone I could see getting on the field earlier in his career. The Wildcats were one of the first programs to offer him back in the early part of the spring.
