Arizona has finally offered four-star tight end Jimmy Jaggers today. The Roseville, California standout has been on Arizona's radar for quite some time now, but the Wildcats finally came through with an offer. I've seen Jaggers more than a few times going back to last year and he is legit. Not going to be an easy pull, but Arizona has had plenty of success recruiting guys from the B2G 7v7 program.
