Arizona went into Naples, Florida today and offered three underclassmen at Naples High School. UA wants to remain active in Florida and as it has done in the past it wants to get a head start on younger recruits as well. Here is a rundown of which prospects have now added Arizona to their lists.
Sammy Faustin (2018)
The 6-foot-2 cornerback added Arizona to his list this morning and it is his second offer to go along with South Florida. He had 38 tackles, four pass breakups and one interception as a junior this season.
Wooby Theork (2018)
Theork is a 5-foot-10 athlete recruit from Naples High and Arizona is now the fourth school on his offer list joining Rutgers, Central Michigan and Eastern Kentucky. As a junior he did a little bit of everything eventually accounting for nine touchdowns on the year. He was most effective as a receiver catching 29 passes for 576 yards for six touchdowns. He also rushed for 129 yards and two more touchdowns this season. On special teams he had a kickoff return for a touchdown.
Cesare "Chez" Mellusi (2019)
Arizona also offered a sophomore at Naples High on Thursday and the 6-foot running back already has a few offers on his list. The Wildcats joined North Carolina, Rutgers and Boston College on his early offer list. Mellusi rushed for 581 yards and 10 touchdowns as a sophomore in addition to catching nine passes for 186 yards and four more scores.
