By now you should be familiar with Desert Pines HS in Las Vegas. It's the school Tony Fields II, Edgar Burrola and Tony Wallace played at and receiver commit Jaden Mitchell is there as well. The school, which has former Arizona player David Hill on its staff, has a lot of young players who will be big recruits over the next couple years and Arizona has now offered five of them.

Three sophomores picked up offers today when the staff stopped by the school.

Jordan Butler: Arizona became the first school to offer the 2020 defensive tackle and he already has good size checking in at 6-foot-1 and 300 pounds. Butler was one of the members of Desert Pines' defensive line to get offered by UA today.

Jonathan Pickett: The 6-foot-3 prospect is a defensive end who I watched earlier in the year at the Rivals 3-Stripe Camp in California. He has a chance to be a monster and that has already brought him attention even as a sophomore. ASU, BYU and UNLV are his other offers but there's some big programs interested.

Darnell Washington: The 6-foot-6 athlete recruit could play offense or defense but he might project best as a defensive end. He plays tight end on offense. Arizona State and Kansas are his other offers.
