Arizona has offered in-state athlete recruit Jake Smith tonight. The Scottsdale-Notre Dame Prep athlete recruit already has a pretty impressive list with the Wildcats becoming his 17th offer overall. He has a 4.37 40 time and could play running back or receiver at the next level.
