Former Arizona commit and current defensive end target Josh Allen says he has been offered by LSU today. Now he has only visited Arizona officially and the Wildcats are the only consistent program in his recruitment, but he has yet to pull the trigger on a pledge. Because of the position it is in with only one defensive line commit at the moment the program has been put in a tough spot where it has to almost wait for him to decide what he wants to do although it would much rather just have his answer now. Rich Rodriguez went in-home last week to continue making the push.

I'd be very interested to see if he wanted to commit to LSU right now if he could or if it is a preferred walk-on spot. A lot of schools have been watching what he has been doing and a lot of schools have backed off because of the indecision. We'll see what happens, but if this is a true offer it will be interesting to see how it all works out.
