Arizona just became the first program to offer 2018 quarterback/athlete Jamarye Joiner from Cienega today. The versatile recruit had 191 rushing yards and 131 passing yards last night in a win over Marana and today he picked up his offer. Honestly might just be a formality now as far as a commitment goes, but we'll see.
