Schools have started offering Gilbert (Ariz.) Williams Field kicker and recent Arizona visitor Brandon Ruiz. The Wildcats knew what they needed to do and soon, so today Arizona became the first Power 5 school to offer the soon-to-be Bishop Gorman transfer. Ruiz is one of the top kickers in the class, and there are likely going to be more now that Arizona took the plunge. Arizona has been recruiting him for a while now though and is in good position. Army and Brown were the first two schools to offer him.
