I told you about Josiah Sa'o this weekend. He's a prospect Arizona has been tracking since before the dead period and has continued to keep in contact with him. He tweeted that he picked up an offer from Arizona, but it is not a true full scholarship offer at this point. He is being offered a blue shirt "offer" right now and for the time being that is where Arizona will keep it. If that is where it stays I don't see him ending up at Arizona. If it moves to a full offer for 2016 he would commit right away, but for now that is not the case.
Arizona's coaches have become more involved, however, and UA would like to get him on a blue shirt. However, since he has other offers plus more schools showing new interest he's just not going to bite on that blue shirt offer I've been told.
The blue shirt offer went out Saturday just before Markell Utsey announced his flip. Sa'o was on a visit to Cal Poly at the time so he is just now finding out about it, but he has talked with the staff.
