Arizona freshman forward Daniel Batcho will not be ready to play later this month when the season begins after having recent knee surgery. At this point he is out indefinitely, but there has been no determination if he will play this season or not. The plan is for the Wildcats to reevaluate him in late January to see when he can return to the floor. Batcho has already had to deal with knee issues even before arriving to Arizona, but this latest knee injury is not connected to his previous one by all accounts.
