The media is not allowed to discuss injuries until Kevin Sumlin discusses them first, but this one has become public on its own. Redshirt freshman receiver Jaden Mitchell has a torn ACL and will miss the upcoming season. He posted a picture of himself on crutches and in a brace and it has now been learned that he did in fact severely injure his knee. If you remember Mitchell arrived to Arizona later than expected because he tore the ACL in his other knee as a senior in high school. He quickly impressed the coaching staff when he arrived, but he has yet to make an impact on the field and this is yet another set back.
