Arizona had its longest scrimmage of camp and the media was allowed to watch the first two drives giving our best glimpse into the team that we have had yet. It was certainly not going to tell the whole story but it was something at least before the access gets closed down all together. Here's five things I took away from that brief time I was able to watch.

- Sophomore stud linebacker Kylan Wilborn made two big plays in the opening drive coming up with a tackle for loss plus a sack as the top groups battled it out. He is bigger and Kevin Sumlin mentioned after practice that Wilborn has changed his body and it is going to give the staff some new ways to use him.

- Khalil Tate had his moments. He opened up the scrimmage with nice completion to Shawn Poindexter for a good amount of yards. He had one miscommunication later on that led to an errant throw, but he followed up with a nice running play that would have gone for quite a few yards if he was able to be hit.

- Dylan Klumph is the truth. His first punt was a booming one that sounded different than any other player in camp so far plus it went right where it needed to go. Sumlin said afterward he just smiled and told the Cal grad transfer he is happy the Wildcats have him. He was impressive in the time I was able to watch him.

- The offensive line is going to be an adventure. Sumlin went back to his line of "I have three weeks to get it figured out" but it was not good tonight. The first unit featured true freshman Donovan Laie at left tackle and while he didn't have major issues it is certainly not something you would hope to see at this point in camp. Sumlin sounded like someone who is going to be happy to have Layth Friekh back after those first two games.

- Gary Brightwell ran with the first unit tonight as he continues his rise up the depth chart. I mentioned previously that I imagine he will be a co-starter by the end of the season but it might end up being sooner than that. He didn't have any spectacular plays, but he does look the part and should end up getting on the field a ton.

- A bonus note, Sumlin said that Texas A&M transfers Robert Congel and Santino Marchiol are not yet eligible to play this season although the process is ongoing. Both played with the second units tonight during the scrimmage.
