Can the 'Cats win the Big 12 next year?

I'm looking at the schedule. Home games against Northern Arizona, ASU, Colorado, Texas Tech, Houston, and West Virginia. Road games against K-State, BYU, TCU, UCF and Utah. I'm sure a 12th game will be added. Other than Utah, is there any team on the schedule that we can't compete with?

Interested in everyone's thoughts.
