Arizona has been waiting on this one, but I've been keeping track of him this spring. Arizona has now officially offered four-star Rivals100 safety Brandon Burton from Gardena (Calif.) Serra. The No. 35 prospect overall in the 2016 class is a monster on both sides of the ball and would be an instant impact type of guy. I've got a lot of tape on him from this spring, but this is definitely a good offer.
He had a really nice pick on Saturday and he's a safety in college, but he also had probably the best catch I've seen all spring early last month too. A very versatile recruit who Arizona could use in a lot of ways.
Khalil Tate sent me a message right after the news came out and I will just say he is excited Arizona offered his teammate. Expect the UA commit to put in some work to get Burton to join him in Tucson.
