Balls and Strikes

I am watching the Arizona vs ASU game and the home plate umpire is the worst balls and strikes ump I have ever seen. They are showing the box and pitches way out of the strike zone are being called strikes. It is almost every Wildcat at bat. ASU not so much, but our pitchers throw more real strikes. Anyone else notice?
