Hey guys, it's been a busy day with football and other events. I just wanted to give you some updates from spring practice. I'll have more later but here are a few notes.
- Noah Fifita was yet again impressive, the freshman quarterback looks anything but a newbie. Fifita has great pocket awareness and makes smart decisions with the ball.
- Malik Reed might be dealing with another injury as he really didn't get any reps on the field during Saturday's practice
- Jonah Coleman is a mini Warrick Dunn, the kid just keeps turning his legs and is able to go right through defensive players. During a goal line drill, he caught the ball five to four yards away from the endzone and ran right through four players to power his way in for a touchdown.
I will have more later, but here are some of the takeaways.
